   Arrive Alive Guaranty

     All Next Day Air/Saver/Early orders have an "Arrive Alive" Guaranty with next day arrival only (does not include 2nd Day Air).  All purchased fish will be healthy before they leave our facility.  If for some reason the fish are DOA (dead on arrival) or severely ill after receiving your order, a store credit or refund will be given to the customer.

**This will only be done after a clear visible picture/video of the fish in its original packaging is sent to Sanctuary Cichlids. 

     Sanctuary Cichlids is not liable for the replacement or refund of any fish after they are placed into your personal aquarium.  Once the fish is placed into your home (personal) aquarium, Sanctuary Cichlids' guaranty on the fish is null/void.  That being said, if for some reason your fish fall ill, or are deceased by the end of the day of arrival, we can discuss certain options to remedy the situation.

UPS Second Day Air Orders:  If you choose this option at checkout, you do not receive an Arrive Alive Guaranty.  Our fish our packaged expertly with Pure O2, heat packs, and fresh water with additives. They should have no problem making it to their destination in great shape.  Alot can happen in 2 Days as far as shipping goes, that is why we don't offer the guaranty.

** If for some reason your order is delayed by Carrier Fault, Sanctuary Cichlids will file a claim through Shopify. UPS does not cover Live/perishable items in these instances. Sanctuary Cichlids' Arrive Alive Guaranty does not apply.

** Customers who choose to cancel an order after placed will have a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount. This fee covers the cost of the transaction through the billing system.
