Shipping

We use UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. We understand that overnight shipping can get expensive, that is why we have updated our shipping options to include 2nd Day Air.

*Please note that if you choose the 2nd Day Air options at checkout, our "Arrive Alive Guaranty" does not apply to UPS 2nd Day Air shipments.

**All orders will have the shipping rates calculated at checkout.

We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  All fish ordered will be fasted for at least 24 hours before shipping. So plan on your order to be shipped accordingly.

We will look at forecasts for the customer locations and adjust accordingly for inclement weather if needed. If for some reason your order is delayed by Carrier Fault, Sanctuary Cichlids will file a claim.  UPS does not cover Live/perishable items in these instances. Sanctuary Cichlids Arrive Alive Guaranty does not apply.

When Free Shipping is available, UPS Next Day Air or Air Saver will be used. Pre-orders are not included with the free shipping discount or any other discount available at that time.
